Confirmation and Rescheduling of your Appointment

As a courtesy, our office will gladly confirm your scheduled appointments by telephone.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 48 hours
in advance so we may accommodate another patient. We reserve this time especially for you and regrettably, with out ample notice, we must charge your account.
